1. The service
Gambella Investor Brief (the "publication") is published by [legal name of publisher]. A paid subscription gives one person access to every post by email and to the complete archive on this website for as long as the subscription is active.
New research is published at least once a week, with additional coverage when developments warrant. The number and mix of posts, including stock reports, varies with events.
2. Price and billing
The subscription costs the monthly price shown on the membership page and in checkout, in US dollars, billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe. Any applicable tax is shown before you pay.
3. Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each month, on the date you first subscribed, until you cancel. [Confirm price-change notice: for example, at least 30 days' notice by email before any increase applies to your next renewal.]
4. Cancellation
You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then. Your account page shows the date paid access ends.
5. Refunds

6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, the payment is retried automatically and you are asked to update your payment details. Access continues while the payment is retried. If it cannot be collected, the subscription ends and your account returns to free access.

Subscriptions are for individual use. Sharing sign-in links, forwarding subscriber emails in bulk or republishing subscriber content is not permitted. [Confirm.]
